Fr. Robert Presutti, LC

Father Robert Presutti, LC, was born on November 29, 1965, in Sulmona, L’Aquila, Italy. He entered the Novitiate in Cheshire in September 1985. He made his perpetual profession in June 1991. He was ordained a priest in Rome on December 24, 1998. He holds a degree in Philosophy.

Over the years, he has held the following positions: vocation director; vice-rector of the Legionary of Christ College in Rome; founding director of National Consultants for Education; rector of Sacramento University; director and rector of Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, Georgia); parochial vicar; and, most recently, vice-rector for Academic and Student Affairs at Divine Mercy University and adjunct professor in the Doctoral Program in Psychology (PsyD). During his formation and priesthood, he studied Classical Humanities in Salamanca, Spain, and philosophy and theology in Rome. He holds a licentiate in philosophy from the Gregorian University and a doctorate in philosophy from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum, both in Rome.

Throughout his religious and priestly life, he has served as a spiritual director to people from diverse backgrounds and social conditions and has experience leading Spiritual Exercises in different formats.

He is currently Chaplain of the Ladies’ Section in Washington.
