Father Daly Named Delegate of the General Director for the International Communities in Rome

May 2, 2023, Rome: Father John Connor, general director of the Legionaries of Christ, communicated, in a letter to the Congregation, the naming of Father David Daly, LC, as delegate of the General Director for the international communities in Rome. 

In a communication from March 21, 2023 Father Connor thanked Father Daly for his selfless service and support in the North American territorial government over the past six years stating that he had made significant contributions. Father Daly also served on the Regnum Christi Territorial Directive College and as Territorial Vicar for the Legionaries of Christ. His term in the North American Territory ends on June 30, 2023 and he begins as the delegate of the General Director for the international communities in Rome on September 1, 2023.. 

As communicated in the March 21, 2023 letter, Father John Bartunek, LC, will take over for Father David Daly as territorial vicar for the Legionaries of Christ in the North American Territory on July 1, 2023.
